Stamp function
A seal / stamp is a symbolic form that represents the presence of a person (for example a king) or a group (for example, government institutions). If the two parties enter into an agreement, there is usually evidence in the form of a written statement, the contents of which are mutually agreed upon. In order for the contents of the agreement to be valid, each party is required to affix an "identification" in the form of a signature or seal, or both (sometimes a seal is also used for this purpose). Thus the parties who have affixed identification agree to enforce the contents of the agreement. If one of the parties in the future violates the contents of the agreement, a claim can be submitted in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

Clearly, without the presence of a stamp / stamp beside the signatures of one or all of the parties concerned, the agreement or other important documents is considered invalid and its contents cannot be enforced or accounted for.
In addition, a stamp is used to provide guarantee or integrity of goods, for example a stamp (more often called a "seal") on the folded envelope containing important or confidential documents. If the seal is (intentionally) damaged, it means that the contents / use of the item have been known.
